While it has been quite some time since we posted any news, we have been very busy behind the scenes.  S&N Films is pleased to announce that we have three new short films available in our Online Theater.

Night of the Gryphon will be free for a limited time.

It is official… the sun is setting for us on physical media in favor of streaming services. Amazon has announced that effective June 4th of this year, they will no longer offer the ‘Media on Demand’ service that we have been using to for DVD fulfillment over the years (formally CreateSpace.com).

So, what does that mean for our films?

1. If you are interested in owning a copy of our movies on DVD or Blu-Ray, there’s still time but as of June 5th our DVD and Blu-Ray listings will be removed from Amazon.com.
    
2. Our short and feature length films will continue to be available for streaming through our online theater (launched in February 2010). No change there.
    
3. Selected titles will be available for streaming through Amazon’s Prime streaming service.
    

Is a filmmaker still a filmmaker if a filmmaker doesn’t make films? After nearly a year of pandemic quarantines and social distancing, we have been taking cautious steps back in the direction of our calling and are pleased to announce that we are in post-production on two short films, with even more in the works.

This Time Will Be Different tells the story of a teenage runaway that has managed to claw her way out of Hell and is on the run from demonic Reclaimers who are intent on bringing her back.
 

After the vigilante crimefighter The Gryphon begins cleaning up the city streets, the members of his rogues' gallery plot their revenge. When stalwart District Attorney Lorelai Huff finds herself ensnared in the diabolical scheme of dastardly duo 8-Ball Basher and Topsy Turvy, she'll have to summon all of her courage to survive the Night of the Gryphon.
